Len Marsh is a highly experienced Silicon Valley entrepreneur and Chief Financial Officer. He helps venture-funded and privately held companies secure funding, set up systems and manage early-stage growth and expansion. His specialty is new business formation, cash management and financial forecasting.

Len’s background is in manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Currently he works with three companies as their part-time Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of FlexICs, Inc, a thin-film semiconductor start-up in Milpitas, California. Prior to that, Len was the CFO of three medical device start-up companies.
